If the size doesn’t fit, here are a few steps to customize our slides (too big or too small)
Step 1: Prepare a hair dryer. Put on 2 pairs of regular socks.
Step 2: Heat Application Use the hair dryer on maximum heat and wind settings to soften the upper for about one minute. Ensure the air outlet is approximately 10-20 cm from the upper.
Step 3: Molding Process Immediately put on the slides and wait 3-5 minutes. The slides will naturally be remolded to fit your feet.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the other slide if needed.
